My hairpieces arrived and they are so incredibly gorgeous that I can't hardly express it! It's absolute top-quality. Perfectly shaped, invisible base and knot or injection and perfect colour. The best of all though is the hair texture. I never had the chance to get remy hair before and it's incredible how soft and tangle-free this unstripped hair behaves. I'm so happy that I finally got for what I paid for in terms of hairpieces. I tried 5 different suppliers so far and most of the time they just promised a lot, did not listen to my specific needs, communicated badly and never managed to keep their promises at all!

But not only your deliverables are exceptional, also your service and entire communication policy is unbeatable. You really got everything you need to achieve business excellence. Congratulations on your outstanding performance!

Be sure I'll get back to you very soon to order two more hairpieces since I'm traveling frequently an do lot's of sports so I'll need different cuts and hairpieces for different purposes.

Hi, i received my unit today.

i must say the injection unit is fantastic. it looks as if the hair is growing from the scalp even when i am holding it in my hands. on the skin, it is definitely invisible. can¡¯t wait to get it cut in.

I chose your business after a long, in depth web-site evaluation. Here is what influenced me:

1) Your customer oriented attitude. You responded very quick, through several correspondence, and were thorough and patient in answering all of my questions.

2) Your web-site was very friendly and easy to use.

3) Your web-site had an excellent structure for choosing the design of the wanted product.

4) Processing the order was of excellent security, easy, and efficient.

5) You responded upon both receiving the order and upon receiving the old unit as a template.

6) Your prices were the most competitive.

What I received:

1) A perfect replication, indicating high quality. All specifications I requested were met with a quality product.

2) Your product is of higher quality than my former supplier and at half the cost.

3) The gray selection, density, thickness, and design are outstanding. I have ordered more gray in my former supplier and they never met the specifications.

4) You replicated the exact base, and even sewed on the attachments for me.

5) I found the time for completion of the order extremely reasonable.

6) I found no inconvenience in dealing with the International process, or any real time concerns in completion of the order.

7) Most important - you maintained the quality factor.

What more can one ask for?

Hi Robert Glen,

I received the "Invisible" hair system today at 3:30 pm PST. I am absolutely 100% "VERY HAPPY" with the system....I took it out of the package...taped it on my head and drove 1 hour to the hair stylist, she was very impressed with the system. She cut some bangs in it and trimmed it, and it looks like when I had my own hair...I am so happy ....I really feel like my old self!!!
